Position Overview - 2nd/3rd shift Eastern Standard Time
The Managed Services Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and supporting CAD Data management tools for a variety of companies in a consultative role. Tools include PTC’s Pro/Intralink, Windchill PDMLink and Windchill ProjectLink. The Consultant will be expected to assist customers in their regular monthly maintenance activities, Windchill patches and troubleshooting issues.
