Inovair (industrial products division of Accessible Technologies, Inc.) is seeking a Product Development Engineer with the experience to develop new products with a focus in mechanical system design. This position will work primarily on Inovair's leading municipal wastewater and aircraft ground support product lines, but will also address other emerging applications markets as needed.

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include designing supercharger components and applications to cover our entire product offering with documentation for production rollout of new products, including composition of customer installation manuals and in house assembly instructions. This individual will be responsible for maintaining quality control of products utilizing our Enterprise system, including management of engineering change orders and corrective action reports, as well as detailed workplans.
Additionally, this individual:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 4-year technical degree
· 5 year’s experience in mechanical system design
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience with SolidWorks and capable of creating fully defined 3D models, drawings, and utilizing GD&T
· Strong competency in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems
· Ample hands on experience
· Technical writing skills, preferably with InDesign software
· Highly resourceful, organized and innovative
· Dedicated to keeping projects moving forward and adhering to project schedules, through project completion
· Able to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
· Successful working within interdisciplinary team(s)
Desired Qualifications:
· Controls system experience
· Clean Technology or Wastewater Treatment experience
· Experience with blowers, compressors or other related industrial products
· Applications engineering experience
· Familiarity with 5-axis milling and programming
· Technical support experience
