NuStyle Development is seeking a Property Manager for one of our Downtown Apartment Communities. Applicants must have computer knowledge, be proficient in Microsoft Office and learn new systems easily. They should also possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position has many facets and requires someone who is comfortable with a fast pace and is not overwhelmed by having several "balls in the air" at once. Applicants will be skilled in establishing and maintaining client relations and be extremely goal oriented with a successful track record in sales that can translate to effectiveness in leasing properties quickly and to qualified candidates.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Previous Property Management / Strong Sales Experience, Communicates with owners and tenants, promoting client/resident relations and retention Qualifies prospective residents, shows and leases properties Conducts move-in and move-out inspections and coordinates necessary maintenance work to minimize vacancy Monitors renewal of leases Performs periodic inspection of properties Maintains computerized tracking system for all maintenance requests Monitors rent receipts and delinquencies Completes and monitors security deposit dispositions
