Product Design Manager manages and coordinates design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products/product lines. Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization. Being a Product Design Manager ensures team meets project milestones and completes projects within established timeline. Evaluates issues, provides resolution, and communicates to management. Additionally, Product Design Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Product Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product Design Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer Project Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our firm, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of interior design processes, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage interior design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
    • Communicate effectively through email, internal apps, and other channels to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and clients.
    • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
    • Independently manage tasks without the need for micromanagement, while also understanding the big picture objectives.
    • Foster positive relationships with vendors, oversee product procurement, and ensure incoming orders match specifications.
    • Respect and maintain clear boundaries between clients and designers, ensuring professionalism and client satisfaction.
    • Clearly define and execute roles and responsibilities separate from the design process.
    • Exercise emotional maturity in handling project challenges and client interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in project coordination within the interior design or construction industry.
    • Proficiency in obtaining permits and approvals for construction projects.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
    • Knowledge of product procurement processes and vendor relations.
    • Understanding of client/designer boundaries and professional conduct.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
