Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will collaborate closely with the Technical Support Manager to oversee all logistical operations pertaining to technical support within North America. Primarily focused on managing the technical support warehouse. This role involves handling order fulfillment, inbound shipment tracking, customer returns, inventory management, and report generation to optimize warehouse performance. Working in tandem with the Technical Support Manager, the Warehouse Manager will contribute to the development and execution of short and long-term strategies to meet company objectives and elevate operational efficiency.
Salary:
$50,000 - $70,000

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Remote work options are available, with dedicated office space provided for those opting to work from the office more than three days a week.
