Additionally, Product Design Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Product Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Office and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing office operations, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the landscaping industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership development.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and procurement.
    • Oversee project coordination and workflow management to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and decision-making.
    • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and project estimates to clients.
    • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality assurance.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Fluent in Spanish- (preferred)
