Title: Build Project Manager
Reports to: Director of Build
Location: Alpharetta, GA or Hickory, NC

What You Will Be Doing
Build Project Managers are responsible for delivering top-notch implementation services to clients. You are responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects. As part of the Build team, you will focus on large, single-site renovation or new construction projects for enterprise clients.
Build, manage, and maintain client relationships and expectations.
Ensure the entire scope of the project is delivered on time and in budget while providing superior installation services for the client.
Manage timelines of projects with multiple deliverables and keep all stakeholders updated on progress along the way.
Meet internal gross profit objectives.
Maintain CRM/systems and keep dashboards up-to-date to ensure project details and financials are met, including projections, invoicing, and costs.
Identify and achieve milestones through project lifecycles.
Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
Key Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
PMP, RCDD, and CTS certifications are preferred.
Low voltage and/or security licenses are preferred.
Experience in one or more of the technologies we offer (access control, surveillance, structured cabling, audio visual, wireless, etc.)
4 years of Project Management experience.
Good organization and communication skills (written and verbal).
Passion for working with customers and helping them succeed.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
