Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing clients and processing payments received
- Review and input invoices from vendors and suppliers, correct any discrepancies, and process payments in a timely manner
- Assist in reviewing existing controls and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
