Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.     Your responsibilities

    Duties: Drive the full funnel media planning, activation, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for the assignedbrand portfolio. Develop strategic vision, digital architecture and roadmap for an enterprise-wide digital technology portfolio, particularly the digital roadmap to power digital strategy for 6 vitamins and minerals brands (Airborne, Neuriva, Megared, MoveFree, Digestive advantage, Schiff Nutrition). Lead for Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and Next-Gen Personalization capabilities to support the roadmap: Develop key go to market strategy and pilot key creative and consumer personalization strategy. Pilot new capabilities and solutions to enable the 1:1 personalization agenda, work via a rapid prototyping methodology to test & learn new vision ideas. Define how the deployed integrated technologies will be activated in the lead market, including use case definition, metrics/KPI and success goal definitions. Build architecture to collect data in realtime and to create dashboards for in-flight campaign optimization. Responsible for data collection strategy and data management in google cloud platform. Lead efforts to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in all marketing channels. Build digital tech eco system and practice for strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement and campaign performance. Tools used: Krux, Adobe, SEO, Oracle BlueKai, SEM.

    The experience we're looking for

    Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) plus 5 years of experience with consumer technology platforms. This must include: Five (5) years of experience in: Web Technologies, web development and management; user experience; CRM strategy and management; marketing and Ad Technology such as Google marketing platform (DV360, DCM, Google optimize, GA360); Facebook Ads Manager; Liveramp; Dataroma; Google Data studio; loyalty platforms. Four (4) years of experience in: Media tactical, channel planning, execution and performance management; digital skill sets including, SEM, SEO and CRM; segment creation, insight development; identifying optimization opportunities; using data to inform business decisions; consumer data collection, segmentation, driving and executing media plans; and multi-touch attribution; AB testing. One (1) year of experience in: eCommerce platforms such as Pacvu; digital acquisition and performance marketing; affiliate programs; management of DMP such as Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, with a focus on audience exploration; and performance measurement; conducting analysis on channel performance; iterative performance optimizations to drive ROI; and planning and measuring success through both last touch and first touch.     US salary ranges

    USD$156,000.00- $234,000.00

    The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
