The Nurse Manager Case Management will report to the Director Case Management and will have effective leadership and communication. The RN Manager Care Coordination will have regular departmental meetings, performance assessments, coaching, and recognition initiatives that drive desired outcomes. The Nurse Manager Case Management will operate within an interprofessional framework, focusing on empowering staff to deliver top-tier patient care while optimizing the hospital's resources. The Nurse Management Case Management will be supported by a staff comprised of a Case Manager Supervisor, Nurses, and other ancillary staff.
