Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage one 100-unit property, and 2-3 property managers and their respective teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives for each property
- Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to property managers, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage key tenant relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a regional manager or similar position
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Demonstrated success in property management, staff leadership, marketing and customer satisfaction
- Proficient in property management methodologies and software
