Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand. Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops marketing strategies for a brand. Being a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies appropriate sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Product/Brand Management Manager, Sr. typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Summary: Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule, treating others (residents, families, and associates) in the same way we would like to be treated, and under direct supervision providing a variety of housekeeping and/or laundry duties while maintaining the community in an orderly, clean, and sanitary condition by performing the following duties.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Follows established cleaning schedule.*
    • Completes daily dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of all common areas.*
    • Follows established schedule for "deep cleaning" of resident rooms.*
    • Cleans administrative offices as scheduled.*
    • Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.*
    • Cleans carpets and mops all floors upon request.*
    • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents.*
    • Ensures and supports a dignified and caring atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and associates.*
    • Responds promptly and courteously to resident's, families, and visitors requests for assistance.*
    • Speaks to/interacts with residents showing empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.*
    • Communicates effectively in a language that each resident is capable of understanding.*
    • Maintains a safe and secure working environment free of objects/situations that could cause harm and/or falls to residents, families visitors and associates.*
    • Practices good body mechanics and safe working habits.*
    • Observes and reports safety hazards immediately to supervisor.*
    • Provides assistance to associates when requested or required.*
    • Knows, understands and follows established policy and procedures in emergency situations.*
    • Is considered essential personnel during emergencies and/or inclement weather. Is required to report or remain at community until released by supervisor.*
    • Works as a team player with other associates and management in accomplishing work assignments.*
    • Always demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude about work issues, policies and procedures.*
    • Complies with attendance and call off policy.*
    • Attends and/or participates in trainings, in-service and mandatory meetings.*
    • Wears clean and appropriate dress per established dress code policy.*
    • Refrains from discussing resident issues with families and visitors and refers all inquiries to immediate nursing supervisor.*
    • Knows, understands, and complies with HIPAA regulations.*
    • Provides "hands-on" assistance when requested or needed by nursing staff while working in the community.
    • Participates in leisure activities provided to residents as described in the activity calendar.
    • Serves and assist residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
    • Takes on special projects or assignments outside of regular duties willingly.
    • Performs all other reasonable duties as assigned or as requested.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
