Being a Product/Brand Management Director reviews marketing metrics to determine the effectiveness and value of marketing strategies or campaigns. Leads the development, curation, and deployment of marketing content and identifies effective sales channels. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Director translates marketing initiatives into specific projects and actionable plans. Works with management and team leaders to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaigns. Ensures product and brand initiatives are consistent and support the organization's public image. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Slabtown Square is a new and exciting community with 200 units.
The Event Director will play an experiential hospitality role like no other. Equal parts magic maker, community connector, and host extraordinaire, you are the social architect, creating remarkable experiences for residents and the greater community. This position will establish partnerships and connections key to programming and curate unique talent for the community.
The primary purpose of this position is to take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. The Event Director will set programming, manage schedules, and budgets, and handle behind-the-scenes details from contracts through insurance, and finally ensuring everything is executed as planned while maintaining compliance with applicable government programs for the property, adhering to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative.
Compensation: $80,000/yr benefits!
