The Director of IT is responsible for implementing AAO’s technology strategy that enables and supports the work of the association. The Director accomplishes this by employing industry good-practices, leading technology projects, and identifying and allocating resources to manage, implement, produce and/or maintain project deliverables. The Director oversees all IT functions of the organization and ensures efficient operation of on-premise and hosted/cloud business systems, and technology infrastructure components and end-points.
