PURVIS Systems has an immediate opening for a Management Analyst to provide program management support for Undersea Warfare Systems, subsystems, and associated programs. This position is located at our client site in Newport, RI.

• Develop and maintain product implementation schedules using Microsoft Project; gathering and coordinating inputs from each program functional group.
• Prepares draft presentation materials relevant to weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
• Develop meeting minutes and Action Item Reports.
• Meticulously track the status of Action Items and meeting minutes, and distribution information to the Supportability Team.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, issue meeting invitations, reserve conference and VTC locations required for briefings, planning meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, develop documentation that include program plans, operating procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate activities to prepare for, execute and report on events associated with major Program Reviews and Integrated Product Teams.
• Generate reports that capture important topics of discussion and maintain listing of actions items resulting from the above events.
• Regularly interact with government and contractor personnel to gather supporting data to update program schedules and resolve open action items.

• A minimum of seven (7) years experience providing program support for complex technical project.
• Become familiar with the technical terminology associated with the programs being supported.
• The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment with customers, peers, and support personnel. 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) are required.
• Accuracy, quality and attention to detail are critical required skills. 

Candidate must be able to obtain a government security clearance to the level of SECRET.
