Researches customer preferences and evaluates product performance to develop effective product and brand positioning and strategies. Being a Product/Brand Management Analyst partners with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective. Develops metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Analyst utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Position Objective: Provide services as a Management Analyst in support of the overall functions of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). DERT is looking for a highly organized and analytical coordinator to assist in analyzing, evaluating, planning, and tracking a variety of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) activities. Includes supporting working groups focused on internal culture as well as grantee outreach and information management. Must have experience with organizing and analyzing DEIA activities and resources, as well as experience managing, planning, and running meetings of varying types. Candidates with foundational knowledge and understanding of DEIA principles and experience leading initiatives through practices are preferred. Exceptional communication and organization skills and experience facilitating and leading conversations essential.
