Additionally, Product/Brand Management Analyst utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Job Purpose:
HRIS Analyst position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HRIS and interfaces, reporting, assisting the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives related to the use of HRIS applications, systems, and tools. Will work closely with HR, Payroll and Benefit teams to continually enhance and support HRIS systems and processes. General working knowledge of all HR disciplines (Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and HR Self-Service) is critical to success in this role.

Experience/Training/Education:
Required: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience is required. At least 3 years of HRIS experience in an HR database system (UKG, ADP, PayCom, PayCor, Dayforce, Workday, etc.) or related database.

This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries reports and records that typically weigh less than 30 pounds.
Travel Required:
Less than 5%.
