Product/Brand Management Analyst jobs in Narragansett, RI

McLaughlin Research Corporation seeks a full time Management Analyst to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport.

The qualified candidate will provide administrative support. Duties will include the following:

• Drafting Standard Operating Procedures
• Assisting new team members with onboarding requirements 
• Assisting with procurement, soliciting quotes and working to ensure all required information is in place for purchasing.
• Working with travel logistics - creating travel orders, vouchers, etc.
• Securing rooms for meetings and maintaining calendars
• Participating in data transfer projects
• Tracking software license renewals and updates

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• The individual should be goal-oriented and have a strong work ethic
• The ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is essential
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required; current clearance a plus
• Knowledge of NUWCDIVNPT programs and systems is a plus
