    About the Role: 

    The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division are responsible for performing various engineering, design, development, acquisition, integration, and installation tasks related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and information technology systems. The contractor shall provide acquisition support services in support of SCMS PMSS. Other duties may be assigned.

    Must haves:


    The candidate will support in the translation of technical requirements into acquisition and program documentation, conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12, monitor and track all material/ equipment through all phases of the acquisition process (from procurement planning to the delivery of final product to the Government), identify quantity and schedule requirements, maintain current list of program supply requirements, prepare technical documentation and draft procurement documentation, interface with the Government’s systems to upload/download data, print reports and forms and maintain requisition tracking data using the Government’s automated MTS, provide project material tracking reports, input and maintain information within the N-ERP, attend program acquisition strategy and procurement planning meetings and interface with Government technical personnel and vendors throughout procurement and delivery of equipment and materials, and provide procurement training to Government personnel and other contractors supporting the SCMS Division Programs.  Support data gathering, analysis, and making recommendations in relation to resource planning, organizational strategy and processes, adoption of best practices, and tools and systems.

     

    Due to TDL management, this effort shall include minimal hours in support of financial management at the TDL level.  The services performed will include overall management of funding and expenditures at the TDL level, incorporate daily time tracking of supporting staff to identify/forecast gaps in services timely with BAH TDL Lead as work cannot be performed at risk, provide analysis and preparation of financial deliverables, invoices, technical reporting, and quality controls in support of the TDL.


    • A high school diploma or equivalency certification and two (2) years project-related experience.
    • Allowable substitution: Bachelor’s degree in a management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university or three (3) years of combined education and experience related to management analysis functions.
