Researches customer preferences and evaluates product performance to develop effective product and brand positioning and strategies. Being a Product/Brand Management Analyst partners with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective. Develops metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs. Additionally, Product/Brand Management Analyst utilizes metrics to collaborate with stakeholders to design, produce, and distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the brand and product identity. Salary Range: $70,561 - $89,965
The Management Analyst plans, analyzes, develops, and performs complex research and assistance for effective projects, programs and operations among various departments that impact HRT’s strategic vision, mission and operational success. This position conducts research, analysis, preparation of various reports, coordination of administrative processes, and makes recommendations for data-driven decision-making, performance management, and wide-ranging sustainability. The assignment area for this position is the Hampton Roads Regional Transit Program with key tasks including the strategic planning process, administrative support of best practices, and other core business activities and special assignments on behalf of the executive department.

Training and/or Education:
Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Required Experience:
At least 3 or more years of responsible experience in public administration and related business or policy research, analysis and development, strategic planning, and organizational development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Licenses or Certificates:
Possess a valid Driver's License. Acquire a Virginia Driver's License within 60 days after the date of hire (in instances when an out of state license is not the applicant's current state of residence).
