RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a Producer.
Summary: In this role, you are a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise. You will have direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and important partnerships.
The day-to-day tasks will vary depending on project needs, but key responsibilities include: * Identifying, communicating, tracking, and reporting on the individual tasks & work items assigned to you * Coordinating across teams to deliver quality on-time, related to features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement * Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps * Collaborate with our internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and G2M goals * Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly * Providing flexible assistance for other Producers as needed
REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years of experience in Project Management, or a related field that requires broad coordination * A self-starter that can identify gaps and product needs without being prompted * Strong organizational and collaboration skills that contribute to documenting a plan and helping others accomplish their goals * Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills * Constant drive to learn and adapt to ever-changing surroundings and gaming trends * Passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture * Self-starter with the ability to work flexing hours as your project demands * Experience with Azure DevOps, Teams, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
