Working side by side with a talented and hard working Agent to help teach and guide in all aspects of the insurance world. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of insurance products.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to determine appropriate insurance coverage
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions
- Customize insurance policies to meet the specific needs of individual clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, health, and disability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets
