Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Jersey Jack Pinball is currently seeking a skilled and organized Producer to uphold the high standards of our projects and collaborate with partners to exceed expectations. This pivotal role serves as the central point of contact for various teams, acting as a key representative in fostering collaboration with our valuable partners. The ideal candidate should possess proven time management skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to inspire teamwork across all departments of game development.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with licensors.
• Act as a liaison between the game development team and licensors, facilitating the acquisition of necessary assets, coordinating art and sound submissions, and ensuring timely approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Mechanical Engineers, and Purchasing to approve and source items requiring licensure.
• Partner with Game Designers to identify external resources needed for projects, conducting initial searches for artists, voice talent, and musicians, and obtaining approvals for outside contractors.
• Work closely with Project Manager during project transitions from Development to pre-production through to Production.
• Coordinate, schedule, and actively participate in calls with licensors and the game development team, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Manage outside contractors, establish relationships, and oversee the flow of assets and communication.
• Review all project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal and external requirements, including specifications, file formats, and brand/legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the development team to maintain strategic and visual brand consistency with licensors.
• Proactively anticipate and address potential roadblocks, finding creative solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and understanding of licensor requirements and feedback across all game development teams.
• Responsible for timely submissions of critical deliverables to licensors.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a game development environment.
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and adapting to change effectively.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing focus based on business needs.
• Experience thriving in rapid development cycles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and maintains a professional demeanor consistently.
• Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
