Produce with Purpose is looking for a Produce Manager to oversee the daily operations of the produce department at our Kaukauna, WI location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of produce production, including but not limited to packing, labeling, and cooking.
• Knowledge and passion for vegetables and other locally produced products...perfect job for a foodie.
• Ensure that produce is in stock and in the correct portion of the produce cooler.
• Ensure that produce is properly stored in the produce cooler and in the produce freezer.
• Ensure that all produce is properly packaged.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with general store operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Must be able to follow instructions without question.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
