GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Oversees all shift juice processing operation; includes two lines servicing presses and decanters. This position reports to the Production Manager. This person is responsible to work daily with the Production Manager and Procurement (Planning) Department to ensure the daily production schedule is mapped out and completed in a timely manner. Provides leadership, planning and allocates resources to help create a high-performance team, resulting in improving safety and productivity performance, sanitation, product quality, and cost savings.
