Processing Equipment Operations Supervisor supervises employees who operate assigned stations along a processing line. Summary:
SUMMARY: The Closing Processor Supervisor provides supervision for the daily activities of the closing processing function. The incumbent will monitor closing dates and pipelines to ensure timelines and customer service expectation are met. The incumbent will provide guidance to Closing Processors, Closing Assistants and Post Closers with daily activities, inquiries and challenges and will assist with files when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Provide effective day to day supervision to Closing Processors. Coordinate and distribute the workload to ensure that all tasks and functions are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Provide prompt feedback to associates regarding performance of the assigned duties.
2. Ensure department goals and objectives are met, and all applicable policies and procedures are being followed.
3. Serve as a resource for complex issues and questions for Closing Processors and provide problem resolution. Contact customers as needed to resolve issues accurately to prevent closing delays.
4. Provide guidance to Closing Processors through files that escalate in complexity and direct an appropriate action .
5. Accept escalated customer calls to help provide problem resolution quickly to maintain customer service level expectations.
6. Coordinates with the Waco Training Manager to ensure the effective training and development of new Closing Processors. Serve as a resource in areas of understanding and clarifying underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance and product knowledge.
7. Monitor the processing pipeline and closing date reports and direct workload between Closing Processors accordingly.
8. Manage closing dates to ensure these dates are being met and stepping in when files become delayed.
9. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises 2 or more FTE’s as assigned by the Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest’s BSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. The incumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the guidelines of the bank’s procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. The incumbent provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
