Your Planning & Navigating Requirements
- Lead the HR Operations team – Payroll, HR Technology, and Compliance – in delivering optimized processes and technology that is foundational to the full employee lifecycle.
- Develop strategic operational plans that align with company goals and enable REI to provide an exceptional employee experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance productivity.
- Scope, evaluate, implement, and enhance the necessary HR technology and tools to help the business effectively manage future growth and complexity.
- Own, develop, and update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Ensure HR and payroll compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Design and execute comprehensive payroll systems and operations that ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees.
- Maintain operational infrastructure, including standard operating procedures, job aids, service level agreements, and record retention.

- 12 years in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Technology, and/or HR Compliance.

Base Pay Range: USD $137,500.00 - USD $233,900.00 /Yr.
