Process Research Director manages the design and implementation of manufacturing processes. Researches and develops methods to increase productivity, decrease costs, maintain quality and consistency in current products, and discover new products. Being a Process Research Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Process Research Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Duties include:
- Working directly with patients performing study-related procedures
- Ensuring proper screening of patients for research trials
- Communicating with study physicians about patient care
- Maintaining complete and accurate source documents
- Working with study team members to ensure all projects are conducted according to good clinical practice regulations.
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficient and experienced in blood draw skills
- Taking vital signs, assisting in EKG application
- Basic computer programs knowledge
- Passion for patient care and patient relationship building
- Team members will be trained to be qualified to perform other study-related tasks and duties
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal, verbal and communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
