We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team to help us improve our production processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and have experience with Mills and Lathes, Hand Tools, and Process Improvement, and have strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

The Process Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our production processes. They will use their expertise to identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all changes are implemented properly.
