responsibilities:
Apply scientific and technological principles in continuous or periodic production operations for manufactured goods.
Evaluate Finishing process for non-value-added time reduction, optimal asset utilization, advanced CNC techniques, and continuous process enhancement.
Develop or enhance software tools supporting management and operators.
Use DMAIC methodology to perform tests and measurements during production stages, aiming to identify quality issues' root causes and enhance Finishing Department quality.
Requirements:
Possess strong job knowledge and substantial familiarity with general aspects of the role.
Demonstrate intermediate technical understanding.
Implement standard procedures and propose intermediate modifications for workflow improvement.
Possess intermediate to advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge.
Build tools for process optimization and operations.
Seek input for solving complex issues.
Operate under general site supervision.
Independently gather information using established procedures.
Train new employees using established procedures.
Take initiative in continuous improvement.
Exercise discretion.
Typically communicate within the organization; occasional external contact for clarity or interpretation.
