Attollo Engineering is seeking a Process Technician experienced in semiconductor fabrication. Experience in a Focal Plane Array manufacturing environment is a plus. The ideal candidate can perform photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition processes. Experience handling small, sensitive optoelectronic components is a plus. The ideal candidate can follow process instructions with minimal supervision and is generally proficient using computers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor wafer processing tasks in photolithography, etching, thin films and metals deposition with precision and repeatability.
• Handle semiconductor wafers and small opto-electronic components.
• Record process data and equipment logs to identify trends, diagnose process issues, and support implementation of corrective actions to improve yield, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine processing techniques, tool recipes, and maintenance schedules for new and existing products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor processing environment, with experience handling delicate optoelectronic components preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
