Northern Valley Electrical Service, Inc. is excited to announce a new position for our management staff, Construction Process Manager. We are looking for the perfect candidate with expertise and experience in construction contract billing and accounts receivable with proven experience in the industry.

Things that are essential to this position are AIA Contractual Policy, such as pay application invoicing, schedule of values, contracts, job preparation, submittal processes, RFI documentation, as well as other duties as requested. Also included are progress billing, construction liens, accounts receivable procedures such as collections, and the ability to read MSAs and other contractual documentation.

This candidate must be proficient in office software such as QuickBooks and Dropbox, as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
