Process Engineering Manager manages a team responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or plants. Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design. Being a Process Engineering Manager ensures continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production. Manages all engineering projects and resolves engineering problems. Additionally, Process Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Process Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Qualification:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
    • NCEES PE license.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in multifamily housing design or construction or inspection.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
    • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide regular updates on project milestones and developments.
    • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials.
    • Utilize advanced software tools for reporting and communication.
    • Work closely with internal and external teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other specialists.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
    • Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities to maintain licensure.

    Compensation and Benefits:
