About the Role
As a Second Shift Process Engineering Technician, the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and maximizing production efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and ability to operate and maintain production equipment
- Knowledge of process control systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
