This newly created position will work cross functionally to lead an assembly line start-up at our new Cedar Rapids, IA facility.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to lead a team of engineers with the setup, launch, and support of a new refrigeration assembly line and associated equipment.
The right individual in this position will manage the project schedule from planning, execution, delivery, and startup of new fabrication and assembly line equipment. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the project's success and quality. The responsibilities of the role will evolve from commissioning through ongoing support of the production line.
