We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for HelixBeat. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Work with CEOs, COOs, CROs, CDOs, CIOs, CTOs and CTOs of some of the small, medium and large companies on the planet. (Build solutions that allow them to win!)
- Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision makers and influencers of the prospective deal
- Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Continuously looking for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide that sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or new business development at a top-tier consulting agency, start-up technology company, ventures group, and/or related experience at a global technology services organization.
- US or Europe or Middle East market experience is required.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability and track record to sell technical solutions to non-technical / technical audiences in finance, healthcare and retail field
- Experience in sales planning, prospecting, meeting sales goals, and market knowledge is required
- Proficiency in Lead Management Software, MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Ability to build rapport
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field preferred
