Qualifying work experience: Must submit proof of at least three years' experience of actual work performed as a security guard or an equivalent position.

Qualifications for Supervisor position:

· Must be at least 25 years old

· High school diploma/GED

· Must have a valid Driver's License with good driving history.

· Possess a valid Level III NM Security License in state of employment.

· Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

· Comfortable kneeling, carrying a 30 lb self-contained breathing apparatus, bending, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time.

· Proficiency in Microsoft word, other basic clerical duties pertaining to hiring, onboarding, filing and reports for Ranger Cinco, LLC.

· Ability to perform continuous physical movement/exertion as needed.

· Proficient written and oral communication skills

· Working mobile cellular phone

· Uphold OSHA protocols; as well as keep officers in compliance with state and federal procedures regarding the nature of the oil industry.

Proof of qualifying experience of actual work performed includes the following:

(1) not less than 4,000 hours of actual work performed as a guard, watchman, or patrolman or an equivalent position, one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity; experience shall have been acquired within five years preceding the filing of the application with the department;

(2) 3 years of qualifying experience and the precise nature of that experience shall be substantiated by written certification from the applicant's employer(s) and is subject to independent verification by the department as it determines is warranted; and

(3) the burden of proving necessary experience is on the applicant.

Firearm certification: Must be firearm certified and provide their own weapon as well as the following:

(1) proof of successfully completing mandatory firearms training required by 16.48.4.8 NMAC, including a copy of applicant's firearms qualification score sheet and the registration number for the department approved instructor; and (2) results of a psychological evaluation as set forth in Section 16.48.2.21 NMAC. Federal criminal history report: Pursuant to Section 61-27B-34, NMSA 1978, applicants must submit to a biometric federal criminal history background check,as set forth in Subsection H of 16.48.2.8 NMAC. Job Overview/Duties:

· Officers will be conducting vehicle patrols of the job site with provided company vehicle as outlined in job site security procedures.

· Officers will complete daily activity and incident reports as outlined in their job site security procedures.

· Officers will be required to download the Novagems application onto their smartphone to accept shifts, clock in/out, scan checkpoints throughout shifts, and make reports.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Interviews, hires and trains security staff Oversees the daily workflow, schedules and assignments of security staff

• Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on site specific job duties and expectations, and related safety and security topics.

Job Duties:

• Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned job sites. Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and clients/ visitors. Conducts regular walk-throughs and inspections for job sites. •

• Creates and distributes weekly schedules to security officers. Collaborates with San Antonio staff for payroll, billing and timekeeping of Jal, NM staff.

• Collaborates with Main Office staff for any staffing issues to include hiring, termination and disciplinary actions.

• Supervisor will fill in as needed for staff on vacation or out ill, to include but not limited to; vehicle and foot patrol, gate access monitoring, and complete daily activity reporting.

• Supervisor will be required to download the operating application on to their smartphone to create shifts, clock in/out, scan checkpoints throughout shifts, and create reports.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay:

$62,400/year
