As a Phlebotomist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing quality blood samples and creating a comfortable environment during their visit. You'll draw blood samples with precision, follow established procedures, and ensure accurate specimen preparation for lab testing. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.

Required Skills:

• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Strong commitment to company policies and procedures
• Superior customer focus and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting
• Keyboard/data entry experience

Shift/Time Zone:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-12:00pm
