Private Label Manager is responsible for the design and production of products for private labels. Develops merchandising strategies, budgets, sales targets, and profit objectives. Being a Private Label Manager ensures that the label meets sales and profit goals. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Private Label Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. To be a Private Label Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. o Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
o Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
o Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
o Provides process and procedure training.
o Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
O Assist in managing budget
