Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. o Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
o Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
o Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
o Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
o Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
o Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
o Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
o Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
o Provides process and procedure training.
o Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
O Assist in managing budget
