Job Overview:

Immediate full time position for a skilled Private Chef / House Manager for homes in Meadowbrook PA and Longport NJ (summers only). The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences in a private setting.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare high-quality meals tailored to our preferences and dietary needs
- Experience in sourcing food, shopping and food preparation, execution of lunches and some dinners required.

Chef Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role in high-end establishment

-Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques

-Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively

-Proficiency in food preparation, cooking and plating techniques

-Excellent food handling and presentation skills

-Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and our preferences

House Manager Requirements:

General knowledge and basic skills of maintaining and performing minor repairs of a home essential. Duties include knowledge of IT, maintenance of pool, outdoor areas, washing & detailing cars, etc. Work week is Monday through Friday including some holidays. Summer schedule is Wednesday through Sunday for July and August in Longport.
