Duties:

- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff members

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position
- Strong knowledge of software development, system administration, and network administration
- Familiarity with HTML5, React Express, MongoDB, DNS, firewall configuration, and application development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data-driven insights
