Security Officers are needed for a well-established and growing local security firm.

A top security company with over 15 years in business locally in Montecito CA, is searching for qualified applicants to fill several High Profile Security Officer positions. We offer top wages in the area. Excellent equipment and working conditions and promotional opportunities.

Duties: May include the following

• Inspect and patrol property according to Post Orders
• Control Access
• Vehicle patrol of property
• Observe and report safety hazards 
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows.
• Monitor surveillance camera
• Be an ambassador of the company to the public
• Assist Patrol Officers and LEO with securing properties in the event of an alarm
• Light maintenance of patrol vehicle
• Light maintenance of company signage

Qualifications:

• You must have a current Drivers' License and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2 years experience as a guard (preferred)
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, graves, overnights, and holidays.
• Military, LEO and/or prior security experience desired but not required

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to:

• Stand and remain alert for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Be able to lift at minimum of 50lbs

Full-time and Part-time work available.

• 8-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• Overnight Shift (Required) - Additional Pay Available, ask for details

Benefits: Paid time off and a 401(k), *Additional 2 hours of pay per shift

Hiring/performance bonus for applicants at the 90/180-day mark. *Employees are eligible at company discretion to receive up to 2 additional hours of pay at regular rate for California Meal penalties per shift.*
