Seeking a highly organized, proactive individual to fill the position of full-time Executive House Manager. 4,000 square foot home. There are no children or pets in the home. The main responsibilities are deep cleaning, maintenance, organizing, laundry and running occasional errands.  The ideal candidate must know how to take care of a fine home with antiques, fine surfaces, and fabrics properly. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Perform full housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the residence. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring all living areas are tidy.
• Cooking: Prepare plain meals as needed, following dietary preferences and restrictions. Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
• Laundry: Manage family laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Handle delicate fabrics with care.
• Ironing: Perform ironing duties as required to ensure garments are properly pressed and presentable.
• Errands: Complete grocery shopping 2-3 times per week and run other household errands as assigned.
• Driving: Drive as required for household errands, appointments, and transportation needs. Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Travel: Some travel required for this position.

Requirements:

• Work Hours: Availability from 7 am to 6 pm with a break during the day.
• Languages: Proficiency in English.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar household management role.
• References: Provide a minimum of 2 professional references.
• Background: Must pass stringent background check and drug testing upon offer of hire.
