Manage a portfolio primarily composed of professionals, business owners, executives and high net worth individuals to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure and maximizing referral opportunities. Key responsibilities include business development and retention, credit analysis and underwriting, collateral management, risk management, community involvement, partnering with financial services and other business lines in cross-sell and referral activities, and ensuring the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, ten years of related banking experience, experience in retail and business credit administration and lending; background in small commercial business operations; and experience with business development activities. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
