Develops and maintains client relationships by engaging the resources of other parts of the organization to provide meaningful and personalized service. Being a Private Banker acts as an advisor, providing financial research and information. Achieves deposit and loan volume goals, approves loans, and sells additional fee-based services. Additionally, Private Banker typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Private Banker occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma
    • At least 1 year of experience
    • Reliable transportation
    • Licensed driver with a clean driving record
    • Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies
    • Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
    • Daily access to RNS’ email
    • Knowledge of the English language
    • Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
    • Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range
    Responsibilities:
    • Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager
    • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
    • Has working knowledge of home safety.
    • Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client.
    • Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and some weekend and holiday availability policies
    • CPR certified or certification required within 90 days of hire.
    • TB test (current) or required within 90 days of hire.
    • Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
    • Participates in staff meetings and in servicing
    Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
