Pathway Bank is seeking a motivated Lead Banker to join our team!
As a Lead Banker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to each customer, while also leading and supporting your frontline team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service excellence, several years of experience in banking, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
This position will primarily be located at our Ord location, but will travel occasionally to provide coverage and training at our other branch locations (primarily Burwell, mileage reimbursement is provided).
The Lead Banker will perform a variety key responsibilities as listed below, while also being expected to know and understand all Teller related duties as well as provide coverage for the teller line when needed.

- Must pass a credit and background check
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking or related customer service role strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements strongly preferred
- Knowledge of bank products and services strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- High level of integrity and professionalism
