Our vacation rental company is growing and we are in need of a housekeeping admin to assist with scheduling, messaging cleaners, invoicing, inventory tracking, and more! We are looking for someone who can multi-task, an eye for detail, and very organized.
Job duties include:
Processing, revising, and submitting Invoices
Schedule cleans, including arrival/departure cleans, mid-stay cleans, deep cleans, and carpet cleaning
Communicate effectively with in-house housekeepers and contracted cleaners to ensure effective scheduling
Process housekeeping service orders
Linen inventory and control
Ordering of cleaning supplies
