Privacy Manager implements and enforces the organization's privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensures all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Risk Management, Safety & Privacy Officer (RMSPO) is responsible for managing a comprehensive array of services and programs. The RMSPO will focus on Risk Management, Privacy and Safety Officer duties, as well as participating in clinical programs and health education activities. This individual is also involved with program planning, organization, operations, and staffing as part of the LCHC Leadership Team.
