What You Will Do

• Be responsible for all aspects of Security (except Physical Security), Privacy and Compliance at Interface.AI.
• Establishing policies, procedures related to Security and Privacy; and communicating and ensuring compliance with them.
• Meet all Compliance Requirements and applicable standards
• CyberSecurity Incident Management
• Conducting periodic risk assessments and identifying security initiatives and projects
• Establishing Quarterly Business Goals (QBR) in collaboration with each business unit and executing them.
• Providing support for Sales on issues related to Security and Privacy
• Build a team of Security and Privacy Engineers

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Masters preferred
• 10 years of CyberSecurity leadership experience in financial services, mortgage or consumer lending industries
• Familiar with Cloud Security and controls especially in AWS
• Knowledge and application of lending and consumer protection laws and regulations such as FFIEC, GLBA, etc.
• Knowledge of SOC controls, general IT security, control frameworks and familiarity with ISO 7000 standards
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable with balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Compensation

• Compensation is expected to be between $175,000 - $225,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
